Knowing nothing about Lindy Hop, Jojanneke was invited by an Australian friend to go to Herrang and immediately fell in love. In 2005 she was asked to come and teach in Utrecht where a new scene was about to be born. She has been teaching and organizing ever since and played a major role in organizing the scene, putting Swing in Utrecht on the map. She is a true dinosaur on the dance floor.
