At first not knowing how to step on a beat, and replying to invitations for a dance with “are you sure?”, Remy went through a wall of shame when he started out. Now he has been doing Swing Dancing for longer than he dares to admit. For Swing in Utrecht, Remy keeps a careful eye on the finances in the role of treasurer. Outside of dance, he protects the world from software bugs.

Starting her dance journey as a child, she has tried many different dance styles over the years. She started to learn Lindy Hop and Charleston in 2018. Since then she is working on widening her repertoire with other Swing Dances. She likes to dance on any tempo, but has an unquestionable preference for fast songs. In her free time she’s helping out the board as teacher coordinator.
