Adam Hall & The Velvet Playboys are coming to Utrecht to put on a spectacular show for dancers at Cloud Nine on July 25.
In collaboration with TivoliVredenburg, we are organizing a wonderful jazz concert with a dance workshop and a party for swing dances such as Lindy Hop, Charleston, and Collegiate Shag. There is plenty of seating on the balcony for jazz lovers who just want to watch and listen. Come enjoy and dance in the style of the golden age of jazz.
ABOUT THE BAND
Adam is a trumpeter, singer, and composer from Perth, Australia, who has long since made his mark in the music world. He brings his band of brilliant musicians, as well as a rich repertoire of jazz and rhythm & blues music from the ’40s and ’50s. Expect a spectacular performance full of raw energy and outstanding showmanship! Featuring Mark Turner on guitar, Anthony Dodos on trombone, Bronton Ainsworth on drums, Kane Shaw on double bass, and Tim Voutas on keyboards.
